Terms of Service

Last updated: April 29, 2026

These Terms of Service describe the conditions for using the Zetar Industry website, landing pages, inquiry forms, file upload tools, and related communication channels operated by Zetar Industry Co., Ltd. ("Zetar Industry", "we", "us").

By using this site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms. If you are submitting information on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

1. Who we are

Zetar Industry Co., Ltd. is a Shanghai-based manufacturer established in 2005. We operate injection molding programs and provide feasibility, tooling, and manufacturing support for MIM (metal injection molding) projects.

2. Website use

This site is provided for B2B engineering, sourcing, and purchasing teams evaluating metal injection molding, tooling, and related manufacturing services.

You agree not to:

3. Inquiries, quotes, and feasibility reviews

Information on this site is general manufacturing guidance. It is not a binding technical approval, production commitment, or commercial offer.

Any feasibility review, cost range, lead time, or process recommendation is preliminary until Zetar Industry has reviewed the relevant drawings, specifications, material requirements, quantities, tolerances, inspection requirements, and commercial terms.

A binding quote or purchase order requires separate written confirmation by authorized representatives of both parties.

4. Uploaded drawings and project files

You may upload drawings, CAD files, specifications, photos, or other technical documents for project review. You confirm that you have the right to share those files with us for evaluation, quotation, manufacturing planning, or follow-up communication.

You retain ownership of your uploaded drawings and project files. Submission does not transfer your intellectual property rights to Zetar Industry.

You grant us a limited right to use submitted materials only to review, quote, plan, manufacture, inspect, communicate about, or support your project.

5. Confidentiality and NDA

We treat submitted technical files as confidential business information and restrict access to personnel involved in review and quotation. However, submitting a form does not by itself create a mutual non-disclosure agreement.

If your project requires formal confidentiality terms, request an NDA before sharing sensitive files or detailed proprietary information. Technical drawings are not shared with third-party suppliers until a mutual NDA is in place or you authorize that sharing for project execution.

6. Manufacturing limitations

MIM suitability depends on part geometry, material, wall thickness, dimensional requirements, shrinkage behavior, tooling strategy, secondary operations, inspection method, and production volume.

Statements on this site about cost reduction, tooling ranges, breakeven volume, tolerances, lead times, or process fit are planning references only. They do not guarantee that any specific part will qualify for MIM or achieve a specific cost, tolerance, finish, or delivery date.

7. Orders and project terms

When a project proceeds beyond inquiry, the applicable commercial terms may include a quotation, purchase order, proforma invoice, technical agreement, drawing revision record, quality requirements, inspection plan, payment terms, Incoterms, tooling ownership terms, and delivery schedule.

If those project-specific documents conflict with these website terms, the signed or mutually confirmed project documents control for that project.

8. Third-party services

This site may use third-party infrastructure and processors for hosting, analytics, form delivery, file storage, bot protection, notifications, and advertising measurement. These are described in our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from this site, including messaging platforms, analytics providers, or external resources.

9. No warranty

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or complete.

Manufacturing guidance on the site is not a substitute for project-specific engineering review, sample validation, inspection, and written approval.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zetar Industry is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of this site, reliance on site content, inability to submit a form, or delay in response.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Privacy

Personal data and project submission data are handled according to our Privacy Policy. By submitting an inquiry, you agree that we may process your information for review, quotation, communication, abuse prevention, and related project purposes.

12. Governing law and dispute handling

These website terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. For project-specific disputes, the governing law, forum, and dispute resolution process may be set by the applicable quotation, purchase order, or written agreement.

Before starting formal proceedings, both parties should first attempt to resolve website or inquiry-related disputes through good-faith business communication.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our site, services, or legal requirements change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
