- Part drawings, 3D CAD files, or technical documents you upload

We do not sell your information. We do not share it beyond the processors listed below.
4. Third-party processors
To operate this site we rely on the following services. Each processes only what is strictly needed for its function:
- Cloudflare — hosting, form delivery (Workers), file storage (R2), and bot protection
- Cloudflare Turnstile — CAPTCHA on the inquiry form
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymous session analytics (heatmaps, scroll, click patterns). Clarity does not build cross-site advertising profiles
- Telegram — internal notification channel; your submission summary and download links are forwarded to our sales team chat
- Google Ads / Meta Pixel — ad conversion measurement (loaded only when you arrive from a paid campaign)
5. Cookies and analytics
We use only the cookies required for Turnstile verification and for anonymous session analytics via Microsoft Clarity. We do not set third-party marketing cookies on page load. If you block Turnstile or cookies, the inquiry form may not work.
6. Data retention
- Inquiry records — up to 24 months from the last contact, unless earlier deletion is requested
- Uploaded drawings and files — up to 12 months, then archived or deleted
- Analytics data — retained at the default period of each analytics provider (approximately 90 days for Microsoft Clarity)
7. International data transfer
Zetar Industry is based in China. Data you submit may be processed in China and stored with Cloudflare infrastructure in multiple regions. If you are located in the EU/EEA, UK, or other jurisdictions with data-transfer restrictions, submitting the form constitutes consent to such transfer.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request:
- A copy of the information we hold about you
- Correction of inaccurate information
- Deletion of your information
- Withdrawal of consent for further contact

9. Data security
- All submissions are transmitted over HTTPS
- Uploaded files are stored in Cloudflare R2 behind secret-gated download links
- Only authorized reviewers access submissions. Technical drawings are not shared with third-party suppliers until a mutual NDA is in place
- We do not resell, republish, or train AI models on drawings submitted through this site
10. Children's privacy
This site serves B2B engineering and sourcing teams and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our service evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page for at least 30 days after change.
